District 7850 is planning Rotary Friendship Exchanges to Scotland in 2023 and Turkey in 2024.
The Scotland District 1020 RFE has been in planning for two years, with several people already showing interest. A deadline is set for May 1st to be added to the interested list and be eligible for a lottery to be held for the available spots. This is the first announcement about an RFE with District 2420 in Turkey, called the cradle of our civilizations. It will include a 7–10-day RFE in Istanbul and separate planned 3-4 day trips to other religious and historical sites in Turkey, like Cappadocia, Ephesus and Troy.
