Goal: Grow and diversify the club's membership to strengthen the organization and its ability to serve the community. Mission: Ensure that Rotary has a strong and vibrant membership base to carry out its mission of service. Responsibilities: Recruiting new members, onboarding them, and ensuring they remain active and involved in the club.
