, youth programs (RYLA, Youth Exchange, child protection policies), The Rotary Foundation, and answer whatever questions are on your mind for you and your club!

Also the third round of the District Speech Contest is happening at this meeting.  Come meet the amazing young people we have in our district!

One of the goals of this meeting is to introduce members of clubs in the area to each other. The Spring Assembly Table Topics are:
Successful Club Initiatives = Share successful service projects, fundraisers, and events from your club and how others can learn from those initiatives.
Membership Recruitment and Growing Rotary  - Talk about strategies that can help identify leads and convert them into new Rotarians, plus best practices for recruitment and welcoming new members.
Enhancing Member Engagement and Fun  - Discuss how fellowship and fun can be incorporated into everything we do, from service to meetings, and ways to get all club members engaged.
Leadership Planning and Committee Strengthening - Chat about how to create continuity through changing leadership and planning for the future, whether at a club or committee level.
The Rotary Evolution - Change can be hard. Learn how Rotary and Rotarians can adapt to a changing world and foster the sometimes-difficult conversations to make that happen.
Youth Programs - Learn about all the Youth Programs offered through District 7850 and Rotary International and how your club can get involved, including RYLA, Youth Exchange, Interact, the Speech Contest, and more.
Public Relations & Public Image - Talk about strategies to promote your events, communicate with club members, incorporate the Rotary brand assets and standards into your materials, and put your club's best face forward

Registration is not required - everyone is welcome regardless of whether or not they registered.  Bring a friend!  Coffee, water, pastries and lunch will be provided for everyone!  While registration is not required, many thanks to those who did register.  It is helpful to estimate how many sandwiches to prepare.
