Join us for the annual Fall Regional Learning Seminars where we will discuss the formation of the New District! Find out the efforts to-date. Bring any questions, thoughts and suggestions!
Also, this year, for those who have been through the Foundation District Grant training for the 2026-27 year, we will be offering a refresher certification for the 2027-28 year - a shorter version of the training. Interested in getting certified for district grant applications? Join us during one of the Regional Gatherings listed below!
In addition we plan on discussing fundraising, youth programs (RYLA, Youth Exchange, child protection policies), Secretary and Treasurer issues/responsibilities, The Rotary Foundation, Public Image/PR and membership! We will be discussing upcoming trainings including CANVA and foundation grant certification. You are encouraged to come and discuss any topics you feel important to your club.
The sessions will be from 8:30 to 11 on Saturday mornings (dates, areas and registration links listed below).
Registration is not required, but is helpful so we can estimate chairs and refreshments.
The dates for our regional meetings are as follows:
East - September 12, 2026 Montpelier, Vermont
South - October 3, North Conway, New Hampshire
North - October 24, Drummondville, Quebec
West - November 14, South Burlington, Vermont
Registration is not required! Bring a friend! It is helpful to make sure we have enough pastries for everyone, but it is NOT required!
These seminars are designed for you, your leadership team, and every Rotarian who wants to strengthen their club and expand their Rotary experience. Your feedback will help ensure the sessions address the topics that matter most to your club.
What would you like to see included? Are there leadership challenges, membership ideas, successful projects, Foundation topics, public image strategies, youth programs, or other areas where additional learning or discussion would be valuable? We want to build the agenda around your needs.
Just as important, I encourage you to attend one or more of the Regional Learning Seminars and bring members from your club with you. These events are far more than training—they are opportunities to exchange ideas, discover successful practices from other clubs, build relationships across districts, and return home with fresh energy and new resources. The more clubs and members who participate, the stronger the experience is for everyone.
Whether you are a new club leader, an experienced Rotarian, or someone preparing for future leadership, there will be something of value for every attendee. We hope your club will make these seminars a priority this fall.
Thank you for your your commitment to Rotary. I look forward to hearing from you and seeing you—and many members of your club—at one or more of our fall Regional Learning Seminars.
Yours in Rotary,
Leon Berthiaume
