As a Rotarian I want to help grow Rotary!
Our Club's New Years Resolution is to grow our membership.
Here are some ideas that can make that happen.
a) A sense of "belonging" and being a welcoming club. Does your club reflect your community? Who is missing from your club? Is your club welcoming and have a sense of belonging?
b) We can attract new members from our community.
c) We "Unite for Good" making sure our members are engaged.
d) A different Rotary Club, at a different time, service based club, a different meeting format.
e) What will our club look like in 2027!!?? Your club may want to try a Visioning session. Does your club need to take a deep dive into figuring its path into the future. The district offers your club a Visioning Session.
