The @waterburyvtrotary had a busy day on Saturday along with so many of our partner orgs helping feed folks locally and beyond!
Some Rotarians were at the annual Turkey Drive for the @waterbury_common_market, which collected 96 turkeys, 40 lbs of other Thanksgiving food, and almost $600 in donations! Local Girl Scouts also joined to pack the Thanksgiving meal bags which will be distributed this week and next.
Others joined with the @MRVRotary, the Harwood Interact Club, and many other volunteers to pack over 14,000 meals for @RiseAgainstHunger!
The Harwood Interact Club was extra busy, also hosting a school-wide food drive for Thanksgiving leading up to Rise Against Hunger - always thankful for the awesome Interact Club!
