P.E.L.S. (formerly P.E.T.S) stands for “Presidents-Elect Learning Seminar” and is for both Presidents-Elect (Pes) and Assistant Governors (AGs). PELS is a fundamental part of preparing for your leadership year as Club President. PELS provides Essential Learning for Presidents-Elect and Assistant Governors from seven northeast Rotary Districts.

skills, club management knowledge (like budgeting, planning, membership), and networking opportunities before the main President Elect Learning Seminar (PELS) or their official presidential year. It is a crucial step to build confidence and connect with other District 7850 club presidents and district leaders, through virtual sessions.
There will be two Pre-PELS sessions covering different topics at 6:00PM on January 22 and February 2. While we encourage you to attend both sessions, attending either one of the sessions will be helpful in preparing for your year as club president.
