Welcome to the Rotary District 7850 Celebration!
Friday April 28th – Sunday, April 30th, 2023 at Jay Peak Resort
 

We are excited to have you join us for a Rotary celebration weekend focusing on the themes of Youth & Storytelling! 

Treat yourself & your family to a mini-Spring retreat! 

We have a great weekend planned at the Jay Peak Resort with fun & engaging activities for all generations & plenty of time left over to enjoy all that the Resort has to offer! 

 

Friday

Opening Plenary Session begins with registration at 1 PM.

Club Membership workshop - 2PM

Storytelling Workshop with HolletEarle at 3PM (registration limited to 25 participants).

Cocktails & Taste of Tuscany Dinner begin at 6 PM, followed by

 Youth Hosted Trivia Game Night from 8 – 10 PM. 

 

Saturday

Begins with breakfast and fellowship at 7:30 AM.

Learn & participate in our “Offers & Needs Market” at 10 AM

Our Second Storytelling Workshop with HollettEarle at 11 AM (registration limited to 25 participants)

Plated Lunch at 12:15 PM

Final Round of District Youth Speech Contest at 1:30 PM

Literacy Service Project at 3 PM

Cocktails & Plated Dinner starts at 6 PM

Our keynote speaker Saturday Evening is 

Internationally Renowned Vermont Author Chris Bohjalian

DJ Dance Party will top off the evening from 8 – 10 PM!

 

Sunday

Breakfast at 7:30 AM is followed by a Memorial Service.

 
REGISTRATION:
There are two steps to registration. 
Save $25 by registering before February 15, 2023!
Be sure to choose English or Français at the top of the registration page.
Conference Registrations may be cancelled by April 14, 2023 to receive a full refund.
No registration refunds for cancellations after April 14, 2023.
 
 
Second:  Call Jay Peak at 1-800-451-4449 to register for your hotel rooms.
