Dear Fellow Rotarians!

As we begin a new Rotary year, we are excited to officially begin creating our future district together.

In the weeks ahead joint planning groups will be formed to begin exploring topics such as governance, finance, membership, communications, leadership development, technology, events, and more. These groups will help shape the future of our district over the next three years as we work toward our proposed implementation date of July 1, 2029.

In the meantime, we wanted to share the attached District Demographics Comparison. It provides a snapshot of both districts today and highlights many of the similarities that already exist between us. We hope you enjoy learning more about your future Rotary neighbors.

If you have not already done so, we encourage you to complete our Member Interest & Feedback Form. Whether you would like to serve on a planning group, share ideas, ask questions, or simply stay informed, we'd love to hear from you.

Over the coming weeks and months, we'll continue sharing updates as our work progresses. We also look forward to hosting joint Town Hall meetings this fall, where we'll introduce the committee structure, provide planning updates, and continue the conversation with members from both districts. Additional details and registration information will be shared soon.

Thank you for your enthusiasm, your ideas, and your willingness to help shape our future. Together, we have an exciting opportunity to create a district that supports our clubs, empowers our members, and expands Rotary's impact throughout our region.
